The Code Subcommittee’s primary responsibilities are to manage change requests and maintain the Health Care Provider Taxonomy and Provider Characteristics Code Lists.

Data/1500 Subcommittee

Chair:  Julie Brown-Georgi
The Data/1500 Subcommittee’s primary responsibilities are to maintain the standard data set for the electronic transmission of provider claims and manage any changes to the 1500 claim form and its instructions.
